LIVE EVENT: THE DRUG OF ART Monday 5 December 2022 18:00 – 20:00 GMTTo celebrate the opening of their major Winter exhibition, Philip Mould & Company will present an in-person talk with artist Alison Lapper in conversation with the sculptor Marc Quinn on the power of art as therapy. The event is chaired by Philip Mould.

Tickets are £20 and include a complementary drink and evening access to “Without Hands”: The Art of Sarah Biffin.

MUSEUM EXHIBITIONS TO VISIT THIS MONTHFor the first time in the UK, the National Gallery presents an overview of Winslow Homer (1836-1910), the great American Realist painter who confronted the leading issues facing the United States, and its relationship with both Europe and the Caribbean world, in the final decades of the 19th century.On display until 8 January 2023.

The new exhibition at The Courtauld focuses on numerous private drawings of the modern woman by Swiss-born artist Henry Fuseli (1741-1825). Blending observed realities with elements of fantasy, these studies present one of the finest draughtsmen of the Romantic period at his most original and provocative.

JOINING LONDON ART WEEK...The latest new gallery to join LAW, Dominic Fine Art will present a unique selection of rediscovered works, as well as original research into the contributions of forgotten artists in their upcoming inaugural exhibition Forgotten Masters | Enduring Images.From from 2 to 8 December 2022 at 13 Harley St, London W1G 9QG.
