1-2pm | Diego Jacobson | NAC Gallery, Booth 212 An Audience with Diego Jacobson, exhibition and book signing. Argentinian born Diego Jacobson’s works have been compared to De kooning and Pollock, abstract expressionist in nature, Diego’s works seem to explode off the canvas with an inexplicable unbridled energy. Jacobson has had many international solo shows including numerous museum shows, the public’s response has always the same, an appreciation and often a perceived connection with the artist.
3-4pm | Hwang Jeong | e.jung Gallery, Booth 305 Harmony of black and white, orders in horizontal and vertical divisions, and the pursuit of strict symmetries, represented in this work, are the unity of the opposite poles with the religious silence and importance of mental functionality in it, and this plays a role as a milestone to achieve the harmony between inner states and outer world.
5-6pm | Frank Hyder | Projects Gallery, Booth 304 Frank Hyder has participated in more than 150 group shows and has had over 80 solo exhibitions throughout North, South and Central America, including 8 individual exhibitions in New York City. He has been one of the few North Americans to have solo museum exhibitions in Venezuela at the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Caracas Sofia Imber (MACCSI), Museo Jacobo Borges, Museo de Arte Contemporaneo Zulia (MACZUL), Museo Universidad de Los Andes and Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Coro.
